I believe that when we are in the presence of grief, we are also in the presence of the truth. To bear witness to our grief, or the grief of another, is to bear witness to our humanness.

Welcome

From a young age, I have been called an "Old Soul," drawn to the depth and complexity of human experience. My belief that self-discovery is life’s most important journey led me to study life philosophies through yoga, wellness, and holistic ways of living for over a decade - deeply shaping my values and approach to life.

I am a recent Counselling graduate, and coupled with several years of experience in Human Resources, I have developed a deep understanding of people, relationships, and the nuances of human connection. My work has strengthened my belief that every person carries a story worth telling - one that deserves to be witnessed with care and respect.

As humans, we possess innate capacities for connection, unity, meaning, love, creativity, compassion, expression, and feeling and it is our birthright to tap into this nature. These qualities shape how we heal, how we love, and how we make sense of both joy and sorrow.

Like many of you, I have known loss, and through my own journey, I have developed a deep reverence for grief. Nothing in life brings you to your knees quite like the pain of loss, and I am always amazed by the courage and resiliency of the human spirit. My own experiences have taught me that healing is inherently relational, and my work always leads back to one place: connection - to ourselves, our aliveness, our nature, and to each other. The ways in which we relate to ourselves and others touches every aspect of our lives and is worthy of our time and reflection.

In my practice, I offer a non-judgmental space where we can collaborate to explore what it means - uniquely to you -to live a life that feels intentional and meaningful. While I support clients through a wide range of experiences, my specialization lies in relational health, grief, death, dying, and trauma. I offer one-on-one counseling sessions with an emphasis on somatic experiencing and narrative therapy, along with tailored grief support through ritual, ceremony, and meaning-making.

I am authentically committed to walking alongside individuals in the throes of loss, helping them navigate the intense and complex emotions that accompany profound transitions, and it is my life’s honor to support you on your unique journey.

When I’m outside of the office (or ceremony space), I am typically enjoying time in nature, learning about or reading something non-fiction, exploring new and live music, cooking, connecting with close family and friends, and hosting healing circles for women in Calgary.

“We are remade in times of grief, broken apart and reassembled into someone more porous, more capable of holding the complexities of life.”
