Counselling offers a space to tend to both our inner and outer worlds - because we are always processing, evolving, and making sense of our experiences.
Tending to our emotional world isn’t just about getting through difficult moments; it’s an essential part of living a connected and healthy life. The way we care for our inner world touches every aspect of our well-being -our relationships, our sense of purpose, our ability to navigate change, and our overall health.
In our sessions, I provide a grounded, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, process your experiences, and deepen your self-awareness.
With a trauma-informed and somatic approach, I support clients through relational challenges, grief and loss, death and dying, life transitions, and the complexities of being human. Together, we will move at a pace that feels safe for you, integrating mind, body, spirit, and heart to foster healing and a greater sense of wholeness.
I have recently completed my counseling education and am currently in the process of obtaining my official designation to continue providing licensed one-on-one sessions. In the meantime, I offer supportive, trauma-informed, and somatic-based guidance for those navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in deep presence, meaning-making, and relational healing, and I am committed to creating a compassionate space for those seeking support.
